About Me
I was an overly ambitious undergrad at Carnegie Mellon University, where I studied Digital Media, Electronic Arts, and Fiber. I really found myself with my involvement in student activities, where I became a leader. I ran the campus fashion shows, dance studios, and the filmmaking club making many friends along the way.
My senior year, I decided to stay on campus for my master’s degree. I applied and was accepted into CMU’s Master’s in Arts & Media Management program where I was looking to advance my creative career. I had an inspiring professor who introduced me to the human-centered design process. I spent my two years at CMU creating my own curriculum, focusing on Human Computer Interaction, Management Consulting, and Digital Marketing.
After graduating, I spent the next 11 years living a double life split between UX/Product Design and a contemporary embroidery artist.
During the pandemic, I discovered Dungeons & Dragons and quickly found my way into Dungeon Mastering, drawn to the role of facilitator and world-builder, creating systems and spaces where others can experiment, collaborate, and thrive. Running games has become a weekly practice that sharpens how I think about storytelling, accessibility, leadership, and experience design.
